We are proud to offer a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Buy something, and if it falls short of your expectations, bring it back. We want you to be happy; it is as simple as that! For the safety of our customers, climbing gear is not returnable for any reason. We will deduct a flat $8 fee from your refund total if our Return Label is used. You may use your own carrier of choice as well. $8 flat fee is waived for exchanges.
