Alabama Outdoors offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee—we want you to be happy. Buy something and if it falls short of your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:
- Ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents, at the sole discretion of our staff. Dissatisfaction with items that are worn, washed, or otherwise used may be handled through a vendor warranty or other vendor coverage.
- Climbing equipment: For the safety of others, we can never accept the return of climbing equipment of any type, including ropes, shoes, harnesses, carabiners, protection, webbing, cordage, or any other personal protective equipment designed for climbing.
- Food or beverages of any kind are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any worn or visibly used product is non-returnable.
- Products discounted 50% or greater from their original retail price – all sales of these items are final. *NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE*
- All electronics are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- Undergarments or any type of underwear is non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- Gift cards of any kind (in-store and e-gift cards) are non-returnable.
Footwear Returns: Footwear may often be difficult to size and may vary based on shoe type, time of day, and even left or right foot. We ask that before you decide to keep your shoes and wear them outside that you take time to try them out inside. To qualify for return under our satisfaction guarantee, footwear must be in observably new condition and include all original packaging. The item(s) and item boxes being returned must be enclosed in a separate box. If the item(s) is not enclosed in a separate box, the item will be sent back.
Many of our vendor partners require that defects in materials or workmanship covered by warranty be handled directly through them. We are happy to facilitate this for you or provide you with a direct link to the vendor.
Fees: An $8 Flat Fee is deducted from the refund amount if our return Label is used. The $8 fee is waived on exchanges.
Free Shipping:
- The total of items being shipped must be $99.99 or more.
- We use USPS Priority for Free-Shipping.
- Item(s) weighing more than 6 lbs do not qualify for free shipping.
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico are excluded from free shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
Upgraded shipping is delivered via FedEx with an ETA of 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping address and expedited option chosen at checkout. The order must be placed by 4PM CT to be shipped same day.
- FedEx Ground delivers in 3-5 business days, does not deliver on weekends.
- FedEx Express delivers in 2-3 business days.
- FedEx 2day delivers in 2 business days.
- FedEx Overnight delivers in 1 day (next day if order is placed by 4PM CT).
Return Policy Exclusions:
- Orders returned within 15 days past our 60 Day Return Policy will be refunded to a Digital eGift Card for the current Sale Value of the product on the date received.
- Orders returned over 15 days past our 60 Day Return Policy will not be accepted.
- Offer is limited to on-hand merchandise, is nontransferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
- All electronics are final sale.
- All climbing equipment and related accessories are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- Undergarments or any type of underwear are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Online Exchanges:

Gift Returns:
Gift refunds will be issued as an eGift Card within 48 hours of receiving your returned item(s). A flat $8 fee will be deducted from this total if you request us to send a Return Label.
Returns In-Store:
The Alabama Outdoors retail stores will accept returns or exchanges of merchandise within 60 Days of the original purchase date. You must have the original receipt or packing slip from Alabama Outdoors for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. The original card and cardholder must be present to receive credit back to the card. Store credit will be issued if the original purchaser and card are not available. Returns without the original receipt will receive a merchandise exchange at the lowest selling price of the item(s) with management approval
