Alabama Outdoors offers a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee—we want you to be happy. Buy something and if it falls short of your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

Ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents, in the sole discretion of our staff. Dissatisfaction with items that are worn, washed, or otherwise used may be handled through a vendor warranty or other vendor coverage.

Climbing equipment: For the safety of others, we can never accept the return of climbing equipment of any type, including ropes, shoes, harnesses, carabiners, protection, webbing, cordage, or any other personal protective equipment designed for climbing.

Products discounted 50% or greater from their original retail price – all sales of these items are final.

All electronics are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Returns of Footwear: Footwear may often be difficult to size and may vary based on shoe type, time of day and even left or right foot. We ask that before you decide to keep your shoes and wear them outside that you take time to try them out inside. In order to qualify for return under our satisfaction guarantee, footwear must be in observably new condition and include all original packaging.
Many of our vendor partners require that defects in materials or workmanship covered by warranty be handled directly through them. We are happy to facilitate this for you or provide you a direct link to the vendor.
We provide a simple return process. ($8 Flat Fee is deducted from the refund amount if our Return Label is used) $8 fee is waived on exchanges.

Fill out the return form then use the created return shipping label and drop your return into any US Postal Service box, including your home mailbox.

A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from the refund total if our return label is used. You may ship your return back using your own carrier method of choice.

The item(s) being returned must be enclosed in a sleeve or box. If the item(s) is not enclosed in a sleeve or box, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Orders returned within 15 Days past our 60 Day Return Policy will be refunded to a Digital eGift Card for the current Sale Value of the product on the date received.
